1. The seller
Aevrix Studio is a product of Aevrix Group, operating from Baku, Azerbaijan. Corporate identity, brand, and legal contact: aevrix.group. Trust Center and security disclosure: aevrix.org.
2. Merchant of Record
Checkout, payment processing, tax collection and remittance, and refund processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy, Inc. as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for VAT/GST collection in your jurisdiction. Your invoice will list Lemon Squeezy as the seller of record on your behalf with applicable tax detail.
3. What you receive
- A downloadable .zip pack containing rule files (.mdc), CLAUDE.md, reference code where applicable, README, and LICENSE.
- An email-delivered license key and download link from Lemon Squeezy.
- Free patch-level updates within v1.x for the lifetime of your license.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Taxes are added at checkout by Lemon Squeezy based on your billing location. Listed prices do not include tax. Personal vs Commercial pricing is documented on each pack page and in LICENSE §1–§2.
5. Refunds
14 days, no questions asked, full refund — initiated through Lemon Squeezy or by emailing [email protected]. After 14 days we still consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. See /refunds.
6. Digital goods consent
By purchasing, you acknowledge the goods are digital, delivered immediately on payment, and that statutory cooling-off periods that would otherwise apply to physical goods do not extend the refund window beyond what we offer voluntarily in §5.
7. Prohibited use
You may not republish, mirror, or resell the pack contents. See LICENSE §4. You may not use the pack to assist in producing software whose primary purpose is malware, illegal surveillance, or violations of human rights instruments to which Azerbaijan is a party.
8. Support
Email support at [email protected]. Best-effort response within 48 hours on business days (UTC+04:00). Bundle holders and Commercial license holders receive priority queueing.
9. Warranty and liability
Packs are provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pack in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Past purchases are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase. Material changes are reflected in /changelog.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes that cannot be resolved at [email protected] fall under the jurisdiction of Baku courts. Consumers retain rights under their local consumer-protection law where mandatory.
