How the 14-day window works
- Self-service. Open your Lemon Squeezy order email → "Manage subscription" → "Request a refund". Approved automatically within 14 days of purchase.
- Email path. Or write [email protected] with the order ID. We process it within one business day.
- No interrogation. We don't ask why. Even one-word reasons like "didn't help" are enough.
After 14 days
The clock isn't a hard wall. If a pack broke something in your workflow, conflicts with another rule set you depend on, or simply didn't land for your stack, email [email protected] with the order ID and a sentence about what happened. We approve most reasonable requests within 90 days of purchase.
Bundle refunds
If you bought the Studio Complete bundle and want to refund only one constituent pack, write to us — we'll either issue a partial refund or downgrade your license to the remaining packs at their individual price.
Chargebacks
Please email us first before disputing the charge with your card network. Refunds are faster, friendlier, and don't put your account in a fraud-flag state. We have never refused a reasonable refund request.
What we cannot refund
- Packs whose contents you have already redistributed (see LICENSE §4).
- Add-on services not bought through Lemon Squeezy (custom-pack engagements, training).
