Section 1 — Personal
A Personal license is for one named developer. You may use the pack in unlimited Personal Projects — side projects, learning, freelance work where you are the sole engineer.
- Allowed. Solo freelance contracts where you alone deliver. Personal apps. Learning. Portfolio pieces.
- Allowed. Modifying the rules locally for your own use.
- Not allowed. Sharing the pack with another developer. Each developer needs their own Personal license.
- Not allowed. Use inside a legal entity that has paid contributors. That is Commercial.
Section 2 — Commercial
A Commercial license covers an entire legal entity. Every paid contributor in your company — employees, full-time contractors, paid interns — may use the pack on company codebases under the single Commercial license.
- Allowed. Use across an unlimited number of internal projects.
- Allowed. Use inside products you ship and sell to third parties.
- Allowed. Internal forks of the rules — adapt them, extend them, rename them inside your company.
- Allowed. Use in client work, where your company is the engineering vendor.
- Not allowed. Reselling the pack itself. See Section 4.
Section 3 — Output is yours
Code your AI editor writes while these rules are active belongs to you. We claim no rights over output. You may open-source, sell, or publish the products you build with these rules without crediting Aevrix Studio.
Section 4 — What you cannot do
You may not republish the pack — the rule files, reference code, README, or LICENSE — as your own product, as a public template, or as part of a competing rule-pack offering. This includes posting the rules to public GitHub repositories, gists, marketplaces, or aggregator sites.
Internal company forks are fine. Public republishing is not.
Section 5 — Updates
Patch-level updates within v1.x are free for the lifetime of your license, delivered through Lemon Squeezy. Major version upgrades (v2.0, v3.0) may require a discounted renewal — never full price for existing license holders.
Section 6 — Refunds
14 days, no questions asked — handled through Lemon Squeezy. Past 14 days we still consider refunds case-by-case; email [email protected].
Section 7 — No warranty
The pack is provided "as is." It is a set of engineering opinions distilled from production codebases — useful, but not a substitute for code review, testing, or judgment. Aevrix Group is not liable for downstream effects of code generated under these rules.
Section 8 — Governing law
This license is governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes that cannot be resolved at [email protected] fall under Baku jurisdiction.
